Morgan ate all of her blueberries and most of her cinnamon raisin English muffin at breakfast. At lunch she ate all of her potatoes, cherries and chicken on crackers and thirds on plain saltine crackers. Morgan played with the pretend fish for over 30 minutes first thing this morning. Of course, she started out with the waving by at you guys and bear, then went on to get all of them out onto the table. There she spent time talking to them (and having them talk back), lining them up, putting then into a pattern of yellow then blue then yellow... She also grouped them all together an d told me they were "having a party"! That cracked me up! : ) Morgan's next fascination for the morning was the little stuffed kangaroo with the baby in its pouch. All of the kiddos were actually really interested in discussing different animals today. I decided it would be a good time to show them the pictures I took on our trip of Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. They all loved looking at them and Morgan was especially excited when I showed her the picture of the kangaroo. Morgan was singing basically the whole time she played today. It didn't matter whether it was with the fish, the kangaroo, on the bikes or climbers outside. She was just humming and singing away. Most of the time it wasn't with the original words, which made it even more fun to listen to.
