Morgan ate about half of her banana and all of her cheerios at breakfast. At lunch she ate a bite of her apple bits and about half of both her grilled cheese sandwich and her tomato soup.
Morgan was really examining the "peek-a-boo" blocks. They are clear and have a wide variety of things inside to look at. Some of them shake, squeak or move. She must have looked at about 20-30 of them.
When she was done with that she then went over to the box, where Gary had put the big interlocking blocks and started taking them out and putting them on the floor. She did a wonderful job of putting them down gently rather than throwing them. After she got them all out she started putting them together and told me it was a "idewalk" (sidewalk).
Morgan was talking on one of the play phones today and saying "Hi Grammy!" It was pretty cute. When she was done with it, she handed it to Kenzie, put it up to her ear and told her to "Talk!" Kenzie grinned all over and did some "talking" before Morgan took it back and went back to talking to Grammy. ; )
Morgan kept trying to comb other kiddo's hair with the play combs out today. I reminded her several times to "Only comb your own hair". About 15 minutes later Joslyn was trying to comb Morgan's hair and Morgan told her, "No! Own hair!" It was great! : )
