Morgan ate thirds on blueberry muffins and all of her pears at breakfast. At lunch she ate a bite of her orange slices and all of her tuna on saltines and her sweet potatoes.
Morgan went over to the couch this morning with a mischievous look in her eye, leaned back against Gary's pillow to support his back and said, "I'm gonna use this one!" : )
Morgan and Kenzie played together (and fought together) a lot today. Two different times I actually had to physically separate them because they were clawing at each other's face over spacial or item issues. Whew! They are both so determined to win in situations like that that there is no give on either end, it seems. I reminded them again about how Tucker the Turtle would act to his friends and they did a little better over all after that. One of the main arguments was over "I wanna drive" in the box with the blocks all tossed in all around them. There are two sides of the box and I tried to show them how it could be two different cars so they each could drive, but no...
Morgan was watching the lava lamp I got at Kmart this weekend and as one "bubble" of lava headed up in the lamp Morgan got all excited and said, "Look at the egg". Sure enough it was a perfect egg shape. : )
Morgan and Kenzie played with the blocks a lot and one of the things they were making them into was a "bed" with a "pillow" all out of blocks. Emily's pillow was kind of big and Gary said it must be a "body pillow". Morgan misinterpreted it and announced "It's a potty pillow" then commenced to taking turns going "potty" on it (pretending that is!). : )
